SUMMARY
I am an interdisciplinary scholar bridging environmental studies, human geography, and sociology, focused on equity, leadership, and civic engagement. My work integrates community-engaged research, applied policy analysis, and partnerships with local governments and community organizations. I have led projects that connect research, praxis, and public discourse to advance just and inclusive communities. I teach using qualitative and participatory action methods with an emphasis on urban governance, policy, food systems and justice.
